Designed by a Hungarian engineer, this largely remained unknown card until its publication by Katircioglu (in 2000), is extremely accurate for the time. It contains a number of explanations in German on the location of the various imperial buildings, the various doors in the walls, the main mosques, churches and main monuments and buildings. The drawing itself is a very rich one notices the Saadabad complex (current Kagithane), the village of Belgrad, different farms, gardens and orchards outside walls, the main access routes, and finally the abounding all settlements on the banks of the Bosphorus. Conçue par un ingénieur hongrois, cette carte largement demeurée inconnue jusqu'à sa publication par Katýrcýoðlu (en 2000), est d'une précision saisissante pour l'époque. Elle est assortie de nombreuses explications en langue allemande relative à l'emplacement des divers édifices impériaux, aux diverses portes dans les murailles, aux principales mosquées, aux églises et aux principaux monuments et édifices. Le dessin en lui-même est d'une grande richesse : on remarque le complexe de Saadabad (actuelle Kagithane), le village de Belgrad, les différentes fermes, jardins et vergers hors remparts, les voies d'accès principales, et enfin l'ensemble foisonnant des implantations sur les rives du Bosphore.
