Mavi Boncuk | Fenerbahçe's first anthem (Phener-Bagtche Marche) composed by Armenian composer Harutyun (Pascal) Sinanyan in 1908, 4 pages 32x25 cm.  It was ordered and paid for by Ziya Songülen, one of our three founders and first president.

A composition by H. Sinanyan, who founded Istanbul's first large symphonic orchestra and first trio.

Born in Istanbul in 1836, Harutyun Sinanyan is the son of Kirkor Sinanyan, who founded the first orchestra in Istanbul. II. Invited to the Palace by Abdulhamid, Sinanyan founded the second orchestra in Istanbul. 

He joined the Mınakyan Theater troupe for many years with this orchestra, which he personally directed. Sinanyan, who founded Istanbul's first big symphonic orchestra when he was seventeen, included Beethoven, Mozart, Kuno, Verdi, Rossini, Bellini, Dikran Çuhacıyan and his own compositions. II. At the proclamation of the Constitutional Monarchy, during the rapprochement of the Turkish and Armenian communities, he composed the “İttihad ve Terakki” anthem and this anthem was sung with enthusiasm throughout the country. He founded the first trio in Istanbul with his sons. The artist, who has nearly seventy compositions, composed marches, waltzes, polkas, mazurkas, quadrilles and peşrefs. Especially his original work "Fantaisie Orientale" was stolen in London, Paris, Geneva, Tbilisi, Vienna, Rome and Cairo besides Turkey. When Harutyun Sinanyan died on January 7, 1938, he was buried in the Şişli Armenian Catholic Cemetery.
