Can is the sole witness of a murder in the town where he came for the funeral of his elderly father. After he has testified, the police does not allow him to leave town. He meets several odd friends of his father's together with his weird caretaker woman, thereafter some weird incidents take place in the town where he is trapped due to a quarantine being declared against rabid dogs. Can is completely taken over by fear when he meets the murderer in his father’s tailor store. He is even more horrified when he is accused of an unspecified crime, and in desperation, he decides to flee town. However, now, all roads are blocked, and a total lockdown is imposed in the country. At the edge of insanity, the whole town has turned into purgatory with no exit.
