Taxi driver Ahmet, who is about to get engaged to the young girl his mother pushes for, starts a passionate affair with the tailor Leyla, who is his elder. While Ahmet´s love for Leyla and Leyla´s wish to confront her past by being engaging with a younger man drag the relationship to marriage, Leyla´s old flame Semih returns to Istanbul from Germany for the first time in 18 years, to bid farewell to his sick mother. Semih´s return will be a great danger to Ahmet and Leyla´s relationship. From now on, nothing will remain the same.
